With 25 or more accumulative scheduled hours, members gain access to our exterior services listed below:
Exterior services and routine maintenance.
- They can range from sealing and staining decks, replacing rotten sills, painting sheds, screens, installations, cleanouts, dump runs, errands and a wider range of miscellaneous work.

Rates and Fees
All fees are non-refundable.
Membership Fee
There will be NO MEMBERSHIP FEE if work to be done at your home is scheduled and worked on by Fix Paint Etc for that given month.
There will be NO MEMBERSHIP FEE if Fix Paint Etc is not able to meet the scheduled day for that given month.
The program is designed to be utilized consistently on a monthly basis.
If a member is unable to provide access, schedule a time, or otherwise facilitate work to be done by “Fix Paint Etc” within a given month, a $50 Membership Fee will apply for that particular month.
Travel Expenses and Standard Service Area
Travel expenses may apply for travel outside our standard service area. Please visit our Locations Serviced page for further details at www.fixpaintetc.com/locations-serviced.
Hourly Rates and Daily Minimum
Hourly rates will include all time involved for a job including but not limited to time spent at box stores, picking up supplies, dump runs and obtaining material cost estimates.
$60 per hour for 6.25 – 8 hours of work.
$65 per hour for 4.25 – 6 hours of work.
$75 per hour for 1 – 4 hours of work.
$175 daily minimum charge.
Hourly rates accumulative on a per day basis.
Hourly rate rounded to the nearest quarter hour.
Materials and other fees are not included and may be subject to advance payment.
Invoices payable and due upon receipt the same day.
All amounts due as they become due even after Membership cancellation.
Membership and Member
To become a program member you must be 18+ years old and it must be accepted by Fix Paint Etc. Limited membership availability. By becoming a member, you agree to all the terms and details posted on the website www.fixpaintetc.com. No membership contract to sign.
Membership shall renew automatically month to month.
Membership may be canceled by the member and all membership cancellations must be in writing and sent via email addressed to www.FixPaintEtc@gmail.com or by mailing via USPS addressed to:

Membership may be canceled and a member removed from the program with or without notice for non-payment of invoices or fees as they become due or not responding to scheduling requests.
Scheduling
Scheduled days are managed monthly with priority being in the order of becoming a member. When possible, consideration of individual scheduling needs will be taken.
Additional days can be scheduled if availability allows.
All members must remain flexible for scheduling purposes.
Please let us know your preferred method to be contacted for scheduling purposes. Your ability to respond may affect the scheduling priority.
Rescheduling permitted only if availability allows.
If Fix Paint Etc is not able to meet the scheduled day, rescheduling will be permitted only if availability allows and is agreed upon.
Personalized Handyman Program
Fix Paint Etc may cancel or alter this program with or without notice at any time and for any reason.
No electrical or plumbing. No excessively tall ladder work. No exterior window or exterior door installations. No roof work. No work outdoors in the rain, inclement weather, excessive heat or cold.
